Mobile bill payment


People are always busy with their day-today life style. Because of that they do not have enough time to do their all works. People have to pay every month their utility bills (electricity, Water, Insurance, etc). And also they have to spend much time as well as extra money to pay their utility bills. As a Nenasala we try to help the public to do their works easily. And we have already introduced a new way to people to pay their utility bills using smart phone (ANDROID HTTC) when they go here and there.

First of all we selected a target group such as government officers who working at Udubaddawa AGA office. And we discussed with them and appointed a day for month and we visit their working place and paying their utility bills using smart phone. The officers are very happy with this programme. It is very easy for them to pay bills using smart phone.

Udubaddawa Nenasala we used sampath bank “Vishwa” and sampathnet bill payment facility for this regard. We have done this utility bill payment in our Nenasala centre for 2 years. People highly appreciate this service. Lots of people visit our Nenasala centre to get this service. Trustworthy and Responsibility are very important for this kind of programme.

After successful 2 years service and we got the idea of improving our service and as a result of that we have been able to start Mobile Utility bill payment service. Our target group is working people. And we have selected our first target group in Udubaddawa AGA office.

We are an idea to improve this service selecting many working place s in Udubaddawa area.
